This one recipe i used for seafood manaix and was a big success

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 pounds grouper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush 2 tablespoons of this mixture on a piece of foil placed on the broiler pan.
  2. Mix together garlic salt, parsley, paprika and white pepper. Sprinkle spice mixture on both sides of fillets.
  3. Bake fillets until meat flakes, about 10 minutes. Brush fillets again with lemon butter and spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.


Stuffed Burgers

Chef:  Marlene

Hamburger for 2 patties
1 lb
Cheese – your favorite
2 slices per burger
A.I sauce
2 tbl
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl
Salt & pepper
to taste

Divide hamburger meat into 4 equal sizes, about 1/4 lb each. Between 2 pieces of wax paper flatten hamburger into patties. Mix A.I sauce and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. You can use these or any favorite meat sauce. Brush sauce on each patty. Add salt & pepper. Add one slice of cheese to patty and cover with another patty. Pinch edges all around to make a tight seal. Cook on hot bbq grill or on hot skillet about 3 minutes on each side for medium rare. Place remaining cheese slice on patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Transfer to bun and enjoy!
